Most organisations don't lack ideas about where AI could help. They lack experience, the capacity to experiment, and a safe way to actually get a tool into production for the first time. We have seen many pilots stall in slide decks and teams that stay hesitant about what's feasible and what’s safe. The result: a lot of time spend on exploration, rather than a working example. The AI Week is designed to break that cycle together. In one focused week, we work with your team and your own data to turn a real use case into a working MVP, while building AI literacy across your organisation.
From idea to MVP, day by day
Before the week kicks off, we co-design the sprint with a core team from your organisation to sharpen the use case(s), map available data, and align with IT and security so the week runs without friction.
Day 1, Explore
An inspiration and exploration session: what AI can (and can't) do, what's realistic for your organisation, and how to work securely and responsibly with sensitive data. We can align with your organisation to ensure that this session is suitable for everyone.
Day 2, Prototype
A rapid-prototyping clinic focused on your priority use case(s). Under our facilitation, ideas become testable prototypes, with fast iteration based on real feedback. This session is suitable for people that are able to work with AI-assisted coding tools like Claude or GitHub Copilot or want to learn this.
Day 3-4, Build
We work with your technical team to refine the most promising prototype into a working MVP, something that runs on your real data and environment, not a mock-up.
Day 5, Show
A live demo of the working MVP to your leadership team, followed by a session to share the results across the organisation, build enthusiasm, and agree on next steps.

What you get at the end of the week
A working MVP. A first functioning prototype for your priority use case, built on your own data and environment, not a slide deck.
Defined use case(s) and success criteria. A clear, sharpened definition of the problem, scope, and what "success" looks like.
Technical recommendations. A short, practical note on data flows, tools, and what's needed to move the MVP toward stable production.
Security and responsible-use guidance. Practical do's and don'ts for using AI safely with your organisation's data.
An organisation wide upskilling. From improved AI literacy to colleagues with hands-on experience in practical AI use, ready to act as internal champions.
The aim is simple: an idea on Monday becomes a working MVP by Friday.
